I had a lot of problems falling asleep in the past. In fact, the sleepless nights became so chronic that I had to choose do something about it otherwise I felt something wrong is definitely going to happen. After a short period, no more then a few days of chronic lack of sleep I got sick. I noticed that my problem of not being able to fall asleep is directly reflected on my immunity system. I began to cough and to feel weak. While it seemed to be just a temporary problem I knew that there where some connections between what I had to do to solve my problems about how to rest like a normal human being and/or continue to suffer. Nowadays I would like to tell everyone how happy I am for being able to get back to normal and to enjoy my life as a normal human being who can rest like everyone else and who can sleep during the night and work during the day time. In the following several paragraphs I am going to tell what did I do in order to get rid of my trouble falling asleep. I had to do some changes in the way of doing things, in my diet and first of all in my attitude.
Believe it or not, stress was the primary cause of me not being able to fall asleep in the evening the millions of other people do. As a matter of fact, my good friend, who is also a doctor that practices alternative medicine like Chinese acupuncture told me about this but I simply didn’t want to hear him out till the end. For me such a connection was simply absurd. Now, after reading many books and understanding “how life really works” I finally managed to get the idea and to have a normal perspective on the reflection of stress on the chronic sleeping problem that most people experience these days. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t really mean that you have to feel really bad. Stress is a common factor among many others.
So, in order to get rid of those sleepless nights I had to get rid of my way of reacting to bad news, I had to change my diet (stop eating so much meat in the first place). The rat race that we are living in on a daily basis is something that people like you and me get influenced by and this is where most of our health problems, including your problem sleeping during those long nights appear. I need to tell the whole world that there is a need for a new revolution regarding how we think and do things in life. In most of the cases, people are just too ignorant and don’t want to pay attention to what they do and why they do it. How come most of the people that are having trouble falling asleep don’t understand that pills that they get in that prescription isn’t going to help much. Those are only going to make you artificilally stop worrying. It’s like a drug, don’t take it because the possibility of experiencing different obscure secondary effects is quite big.

I have trouble sleeping, but HOW CAN I MAKE IT STOP??
